Super Concentrates

Taylor Industries has become a leader in the manufacture of industrial strength products for the world’s heavy duty industrial facilities such as automotive plants, paper mills, plywood and stud mills, manufacturing plants, steel mills, aerospace and foundries. We offer some of these products in super concentrated formulas which makes them economical to export and ship long distances.

Our super concentrated products contain little or no water which means our clients do not buy water with these formulations. By doing this we can ship long distances and export at a competitive cost for our clients. This system saves precious storage space for our clients and reduces the amount of hazardous chemical that you do store. We manufacture these products into Part A and Part B. By doing so we can provide 100% concentrated products and the client adds their own water.

	SC-006	Enzymes
		High concentration of beneficial bacteria and free enzymes that are effective at attacking fats, oils, grease, malodors and carbohydrates. In concentrated form this product contains over 1 trillion cfu’s.
	SC-100	Low Foam Degreaser
		This product is a highly alkaline cleaner that is perfect for automatic scrubbers or manual floor cleaning. The wetting agents utilized make it suitable for oil-water separators and the pH is 14 in final use dilution.
	SC-109	Degreaser
		A moderate to high foaming product that contains neutralized builders. This product has been proven effective at cleaning lathe decks in plywood, paper mills and stud mills. pH is 13.
	SC-115	Non Caustic Degreaser
		This degreaser is low to moderate foam and is a lower pH version of our SC-100 product above. It is highly effective at cleaning industrial floor environments without the aggressive caustic ingredients. pH is 12.0.
	SC-150	Industrial Degreaser
		This is a top selling product that is used in a myriad of industrial environments such as coal-fired electrical plants, oil rigs, engine plants, plywood and paper mills. SC-150 is separator safe as well and the pH is 14.
	SC-155	Industrial Degreaser
		This product offers a lower pH version of our SC-150. It has been proven highly effective in the demanding environments of oil refineries, plywood and paper mills. pH is 12.0.
	SC-160	Vehicle Cleaner
		This highly concentrated product is effective at removing road film from truck panels, wheel wells and engines. The wetting agents used in this proprietary product makes it usable in cold water operations.
	SC-199	Lathe Cleaner
		Developed special for plywood and stud mills. This unique product will not harm site glasses used on lathe decks in those environments. pH is 12.0.
	SC-361	Floor Finish Concentrate
		A high gloss and durable floor finish manufactured to a 36% solid level. This allows the end user to dilute 50-50 with water and have an 18% finish to apply to floors.
