PRO-LINE ACIDIFIED SODIUM CHLORITE SYSTEM

Our American Made, Acidified Sodium Chlorite System, produces a safe level of chlorine dioxide which is an accepted, food contact, broad spectrum sanitizer that when used properly is effective against bacteria, fungi and multiple viruses. Chlorine dioxide produced from our system produces an oxidizer that reacts with the proteins and fatty acids within the microbe cell membrane disrupting protein synthesis and the loss of permeability. This system is FDA accepted and is an excellent means of treating pre-processed produce, sliced and processed produce, chicken carcasses pre-chilled or chilled, red meats, raw or processed along with seafood and freshwater fish. Our system is Kosher Certified.

	Safe-Partner System	This hardware technology applies the right amount at the right time for the highest performance and more efficient and economical results. Our Safe Partner Applicator applies chlorine dioxide without build up or off gassing to insure safety. This system does not create any measurable bi-products such as THM or AOX and only flows when the water source flows. No electricity needed.

CORBION LACTIC ACID SYSTEM

Our Lactic Acid Systems is American-Made, produced by Corbion enables our clients to combat harmful microbes, extend shelf life of their products in meat products, fruits and vegetables, dairy products, seafood effectively and naturally.

	Purac FCC 88	Natural Lactic Acid produced to 88% by the fermentation of natural sugar. Kosher certified. Kosher for Passover available.
	Purac Hi-Pure P	The ultra-food grade, neutral pH, Potassium Lactate produced by the fermentation of sugar used to stabilize color, inhibit microbial spoilage and improve yields in cooked meat products. Kosher Certified. Kosher for Passover available.

PRO-LINE PARACETIC ACID SYSTEM (PAA)

Our PAA based sanitizer is active against a broad spectrum of microorganisms and their spores. Our PAA is recognized as having a friendly environmental profile as the compounds break down into acetic acid, oxygen and water. Using our PAA will provide our client-partners with a sanitizer that is less corrosive to equipment than typical hypochlorite products.
