Chlorine dioxide produced from our system produces an oxidizer that reacts with the proteins and fatty acids within the microbe cell membrane disrupting protein synthesis and the loss of permeability. This system is FDA accepted and is an excellent means of treating pre-processed produce, sliced and processed produce, chicken carcasses pre-chilled or chilled, red meats, raw or processed along with seafood and freshwater fish. Our system is Kosher Certified.

Our PAA based sanitizer is active against a broad spectrum of microorganisms and their spores. Our PAA is recognized as having a friendly environmental profile as the compounds break down into acetic acid, oxygen and water. Using our PAA will provide our client-partners with a sanitizer that is less corrosive to equipment than typical hypochlorite products.
